Initial Consultation
We start by understanding your vision, needs, and budget. During this meeting, we discuss design preferences, desired features, and overall project scope.
Design & Planning
Our architects and designers work with you to create a custom home plan that fits your lifestyle. We finalize blueprints, materials, and design selections while ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are in place.
Budget & Contract Agreement
Once the design is complete, we provide a detailed estimate and construction timeline. After approval, we sign a contract outlining the project details, milestones, and expectations.
Home Construction & Remodeling
We remodel and build your newly remodeled or designed custom home according to the plans, specifications and your selections. This process will require your input of selections at the beginning of the project. Some of our clients use an interior designer to assist in the selection process. We work with you and your team to accomplish your vision.
Final Walkthrough & Quality Assurance
Before handing over the keys, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets our high standards. Any necessary adjustments are made before completion.
